Analysis: Huff appeared in three games with the Indians, all in relief, and had a 0-0 record with a 15.00 ERA. In an 11-7 loss to the Detroit Tigers on Wednesday night, he gave up three runs and four hits in one inning.

Analysis: Barnes was 2-2 with a 5.74 ERA in 12 relief appearances for Triple-A Columbus. In two previous stints with Cleveland this season, he was 0-0 with a 4.50 ERA in three relief outings.
5/23/2013 Jesus Montero, C (Sea) The Mariners sent the slumping Montero to the minor leagues. They optioned him to Triple-A Tacoma on Thursday. He has 72 hours to join the club.

Analysis: The 23-year-old Montero is hitting .208 with three home runs and nine RBIs. He hit .260 with 15 homers and 62 RBIs last year in his first full season in the majors.

Analysis: De La Rosa has now won four consecutive starts while compiling a 2.31 ERA. He's 4-0 with a 2.42 ERA at home compared to 2-3 with a 4.05 ERA on the road.

He went 4-3 with a 2.35 ERA in 76 relief appearances last year, giving up just four home runs in 84 1-3 innings as a rookie.
